“We’re planning our enewsletter schedule for this year, and one of the facets of it is that subscribers get a really short original comic in their inbox when they subscribe. We’re hoping to feature you in September. “

This is out-of-character for me because it’s personal??? Well, relatively not personal at all. I’m just not used to drawing comics about myself at all. But it was fun and quick and that outfit I’m wearing in the last panel is 100% what I wore in college.

Well. It's finally here.

In two weeks Check Please  will be out in bookstores across America.

That sentence still doesn't make much sense to me, but it's happening. I can't believe it's happening. @_@

So what does it mean for this Patreon and the comic?

No live streams in September.  I'll be at a convention or traveling every weekend this month, so no streams! October will be slightly better, but the first two weeks of that month will be the same.

Two updates this month! I'm looking to update on 9/4 with 4.6 [see above] and on 9/18 with 4.7. Patrons will get access to the comics one day in advance! (If I'm a dunderhead and forget to post, just message me.)

What about the book??? YEAH!!! Uh! If you're a patron and you coming out to any of the [upcoming listed] events,  tell me! So I can get effusive and grateful and dumb! Thank you in advance for subscribing to this patreon AND for trekking out to see me at a bookstore or convention or library! Let me sign your book!!!
