Seems to be based on how aggressively you drive from what I can tell.  I drive fast when I can (and it's gotten me more speeding tickets than I'd care to admit to), but I wouldn't say I drive aggressively - I wait until it's absolutely safe to make a left turn, I don't slice and dice on the highway - I drive in the rightmost or center lane and pass on the left - that sort of thing.  So I got this:

LOL!  I've never gotten a ticket, nor have I been in an accident.  And!  I can parallel park with the best of them... I'll have to say I'm pretty proud of my driving skills.

I am happy with that.    I am a very good driver overall.  There are a few times I  may go faster than I should, but I don't tailgate nor zig zag between traffic.  I hate that.
