SPOILER:

You will see in the next chapter, which I am writing now - Nick is a leetle impatient to get back on the horse.
“Mr. Coyote always gets me good, boy,”  Ellery said, winking.  “Almost forgot what life was like before I got me my own personal coyote.”

Oh no! Hope he doesn't hurt Jeremy. He's at such a delicate stage getting used to all this it might just spook him, and badly. We don't want him scared to have any kind of relationship with anybody.  :(

On a totally OT topic, when are you starting your new contract Louise?

SPOLIER

OK -so now I'm confused. Is Nick losing his shine slightly, or is it just Jeremy's nervousness that's throwing me off? I just thought he seemed a little pushy or something. Nothing definate, just something subtle.  :-\

It could be just be because Lance voiced his doubts and we've been discussing it here.  :-\

Mmmm... gonna have to go back and read it again slowly.

Love the idea of and Ellery meets Ennis story from Ellery's POV.  ;D

Karen

I think Nick was horny, very horny, and desperated. He spent all Sunday longing for Jeremy and feeling jealous. Then the came the erotic phone call, and he also got erected when he spoke to Jeremy briefly earlier that day. So, I think he was been pushy because he was feeling horny as hell, and insecure.

Well,  I'm having trouble editing these Nick Pics.   This one is nice as it gives more of a profile of his face and that pouty lip expression.   But in the cropping and resizing it got kinda grainy looking.

when I get offered one!  No offer on a contract yet. I got two permanent job offers but didn't want them.  So now I am waiting on one in Switzerland, and a new possibility just crossed the table this afternoon.

from this I conclude:

You guys really really miss Ellery.  So my next story after "Dupree's Choice" I will make the "Ellery meets Ennis" chapter, how's that?  Then the reception.

Oh, and there will be two chapters here soon in rapid succession.

Oh, this sounds like a great plan!

SPOILER:   RE;  Chapter 14

OMG!   Thanks Louise!   Now I have to go into work all riled up!   And if you have read my earlier post at the 1000+ thread,  you'll know I have a Nick of my own waiting there!     I'll probably turn beet red the instant I see him!

Update!

http://louisev.livejournal.com/173371.html  "14.  Nick"

SPOILER

OK - I'm still confused  ???

Nick is acting the part of the considerate lover, but... but... but... his inner voice is disturbing me.

"ya haven’t lost yer touch with the straight boys"

"no such thing as breakin em in in one night, boy"

Am I seeing something that isn't there?  ???

Louise, you're playing with my mind.
