Today I'll be postin "virginia bluebells" - tiny flowers that border my driveway (see reply #231 - split a plant last year & it took) and some from the back yard

This first one is a little special, as I was able ta catch a bee workin the nectar ...


and a close up (Bryan thinks it's my best virginia bluebell picture - I think they're all pretty much the same)


That first blue flower doesnt even look real...the one with the bee in there taking a nap....It is simply exquisit...

No. Dill's a tall plant. This one's barely 6 inches high (can grow ta near a foot high)

You mean you guys don't have this little plant growin in yer yard? We had em growin everywhere back in Timmins. They grow in very dry hard dirt - or just about anywhere. If'n ya do - go pick one and rub/squish it - you'll recognise the odor.
