Raising a toast to two members who have been absent from our campfire for a while, but who, I notice, share a birthday anniversary on this fair Good Friday. Here's a salute to Curley and calenloss--hope you two have a wonderful natal anniversary, and hope you come and see us again!

Excellent idea Scott.  I'd like to propose another toast to other old friends long absent from this campfire.  I was just reading the early pages of the 1000 post club and it seems that a number of once very prolific posters are no longer with us.  So where ever they are I hope they are happy and healthy and continuing to apply the lessons and love of Brokeback in their lives every day.  In rememberance of:

I'm blessed geographically, because I get to see John G. occasionally.  We went to the opera on Friday, and we're going to a lecture at the Met Museum on Tuesday.  He's getting better and better, and I hope he'll be back online at some point, when his language skills get good enough to allow him to post and read without frustration.

Another one I miss online is JCinNYC2006.  Come back, Juan!  And of course the Warshrag, alec716.  And henrypie.  And lately, Mikaela.  Dang.
