Thanks for the birthday wishes, and that is what the calendar is for.  People can add events to it - just remember everyone can see the same calendar.

I tried to add my birthday (July 2) to the calendar and for some reason, it didn't work. Can someone give me a bit more detail on the how-to? Thanks,

Leslie:   Our Birthdays show up because that info is on our Profiles.   Double check your profile to make sure you didn't forget to list that back in the beginning.
