I've e-mailed a copy of the PowerPoint presentation to David, Melissa, requesting that he forward it to you.
In order to both see the pictures and hear the song, you will need to have the full PowerPoint on your PC. If you only has PowerPoint Viewer (free from the Microsoft site), you will only be able to see the paintings (beautiful in its own right), but not hear the song.
