First thanks go to Phillip, who with his partner John, started BetterMost.  After them, it's everyone who chips in and does their part. 

It seems like most people who stay find their own ways of making this a good place.  Some have mod positions, but many just see a need and fill it.  And (speaking as one of the people who does stuff around here), I can say one of my favorite ways to see people pitch in is when they write thank you messages!  :)  So thanks for pitching in, THE WINGS!
