Is hibbler (IMDb user ID) here?

Yes hibbler is still posting on IMDb, not very frequently.  Someone bumped the “Have seen it 3 times now ..." thread, that is how it reminded me.  Looks like hibbler is not here.  I may post on IMDb to remind hibbler to check his/her PM.

Well I know you weren't talkin to me but I guess I'm the next best thing....

After talkin with my fellow mods I don't believe there are any actual policies other then you have to be completely sure that the person you are inviting is good and if in doubt ask a moderator....

But there shouldn't be a problem with Hibbler......most people know him and I know that none of the other mods would object.....so I say go ahead with the invite if you please...

Chris, is this really what you are "the next best thing ..."  :P

Sorry for not checking with the mods ahead of time.  Since I don't think anyone doubt hibbler's legitimacy, I just assume that it's Ok to invite.  I actually thought hibbler is already here, just under a different name.
