This is a personal possession of mine!  :D

It is roughly 5 inches long (13 cm) and 2 inches wide (5 cm). It is silver, constructed mostly of plastic with a rubber grip on both sides of the casing. A small crank is located on the bottom side of the device.











What is it??  :D

I got fishing on my mine, so I say it's something that goes on the side of a bass fishing boat, the inside I mean.  DO I get to join up or will the military reject me ;)     That's a very vague pictogram, photo, I mean.
