I have not seen this mentioned before, perhaps it has but there is so much to look thru I'll just put it out there:
Last night I watched October Sky, had not seen it since right after it came out on video. Jake plays Homer Hickum, Jr. and in the true story, goes to Indianapolis for the National Science Fair. One evening he goes out to the movies, to a big old movie palace.
The film was shot in the Knoxville, Tennessee, area and I think the theater may have been named Tennessean, which would not fit, but the first T was missing. Thus Jake's character was entering a theater named "Ennessean" and I saw that and thought; "What the....."
