My husband and son have a similar kind of blue eyes, I think. In some pictures, Will's in particular are so dark they look almost black. In others, they're startlingly blue. In "real life," they're kind of an ocean blue with midnight blue rims and gold sunbursts around the pupils. The gold in them makes them look even kind of green in some light.
The only kind of blue eyes that don't change in any light are those rimless, sky blue kind. My Mom used to call them "see-through eyes." I prefer the kind that seem as if you could dive into them, myself.

Jake probably has those kind of eyes that shift with the light and what he's wearing. Lucky guy!!! Lucky us! ;D
