Hm...hard one. But I would have to say that it´s not Jake. Because (and this is of course very scientific)
* I don´t think Jake would wear that jacket/sweatshirt
* It´s not a Jake posture
* Wouldn´t Jake be wearing his Jack-clothes if it was him?

Here's Jack in that scene. Although the posture could be Jake, I don't think the blues match. I'd guess it's the dog trainer.

The blue of the shirt doesn't match the shirt Jake is wearing in that scene. I'd bet it's a member of the crew. Unless they did this scene in multiple takes in which Jake wore different clothing. His other Jack shirt is darker denim...but clearly in the shot from the film he's wearing the brighter blue.
The other thing that makes me think it's not Jake is that the shirt appears to be untucked.
