 :laugh:  Yep, I think it's a peculiar phenomenon too.  But, CNN does run sports and entertainment stories in their ticker kind of a lot. I wonder if they think of that stuff as lightening the mood or something like that.  In this case, it was a total non-story and seemed particularly gossipy.
