Thanks, Ranchgal. I know it's been out there for a while but didn't know it had been in any magazines. It tends to point to the fact that it was a publicity shot, doesn't it?
Penthesilea - Interesting comment about the death jacket! I still think that the calf in the barn would be a logical extension of a scene that was written, but not necessarily filmed, of Ennis in a meadow with a sick calf, but I haven't any reason to think that the scene in the barn was even written.
