It looks like her top denture is about to slip down and she's trying to catch it before it pops out of her mouth.
Either that, or she's about to puke. Thank Gawd Heath isn't looking her way!

I think that's exactly what it looks like (I think she's way too young for a denture, but you never know what's hip in such circles ;)).
I vote for Heath promoting at least one movie per year (preferably two), since he's so notoriously private, the times between we get definitely too few pics to discuss. ;D
