That picture is particularly cute, because not only do they look alike, they are even wearing similar expressions. If Heath took off the shades, they'd be identical (well, except Matilda is smaller).

I can't help grinning every time I see another pic of Matilda with bare feet. I bet she has a considerable will of her own and a temper to match - and that she's not at all fond of shoes. And that mummy and daddy many a time just have to accept that if they want to get anything done that day. ;D
It reminds me a lot of a certain headstrong little lady of my own personal aquaintance... :)

Slightly OT, but when my older son was Matilda's age, whenever he'd get mad about something -- if I was taking him away from somewhere he wanted to stay, for example -- he would protest by yanking off his shoes and throwing them on the floor.
Matilda looks pretty happy there, though.
