I don't know if the autograph is real, but I just thought it was a nice picture (that I hadn't seen before).

I find it heartbreaking to see the difference between these two pictures. He looks so happy and healthy and fresh-faced (is that even word?) in the first one (from around Lords of Dogtown), and then you look at the second one and he just looks so tired and sad.
