I think I'll wait before checking it out, the last links triggered another depression when I listened/read them this morning. I'll have to go for an extra long run tonight to try and snap out of it, I find excercise is the best thing for depression. In the last couple of weeks, I really thought I had pretty much gotten over it, I was actually starting to enjoy life again. So much for that. I think it's best if I stay away from the Heath threads for a while longer... :-\

I understand that. I basically cried through the whole video. That's why sometimes I hesitate to post any more of these articles / videos. So many times I thought I was beginning to recover and then they came up and I'm all depressed again. Sorry about that.

Please don't apologise! It was my choice to read them, I thought I was ready to come back here after staying away for a while. I've discovered that I'm not. Please keep posting, there a lot of good stuff there and I will come back eventually to check them out. :)
