RDJ doesn't like TDK:
--- Quote ---Rex Features
Robert Downey Jr. has admitted that he is not a fan of The Dark Knight.
Downey Jr., whose Marvel superhero film Iron Man was the highest-grossing film of the year until Christopher Nolan's sequel debuted, told MovieHole that he found the latest Batman movie too complicated.
He explained: "It's like a Ferrari engine of storytelling and script writing and I'm like, 'That's not my idea of what I want to see in a movie'.
"I didn't understand The Dark Knight. Didn't get it, still can't tell you what happened in the movie, what happened to the character and in the end they need him to be a bad guy."
Downey Jr. suggested that the DC Comics adaptation was "highbrow" and required a "college education to understand".
He added: "You know what? F*** DC Comics. That's all I have to say and that's where I'm really coming from."

My advice to Mr. Downey is, If you can't think of anything good to say, the shut the f--k up. Not only is he, by virtue of of his criticism scorning the millions who have seen understood and enjoyed TDK. He is also revealing, that he is not overly blessed in the grey matter department as he obviously struggled with the plot.
It all smacks very much of sour grapes.

Oh well, I have to disagree partly. I don't think he's scorning people who enjoyed TDK. He baiscly stated that it was not his cup of tea, which is perfectly fine.
But for the reason why he didn't like it, I agree with you. He did himself a disservice with this statement. Too complicated? :o That doesn't make him look too bright ::).
And for the F*** DC comics comment: oh well, I think that's just him. RDJ is known to be a bit off every now and then. But I like people with rough edges.
Remember Heath was a long time said to be "difficult" towards the press, and there are some pictures of him showing the finger. Rough edges ;D
