Looking at all these pics......cant help noticing the large veins Heath has on either side of his forehead. They really stand out in most of his pics.
I'm not nit picking, he has a beautiful face, quite agelic, just wonder if those large facial veins may have been an indication of a medical problem.....

The veins you are talking about, no. However that is a really interesting observation.There is a condition called temporal arteritis which is potentiall fatal. It is when one of the veins by the temple, the temporal vein becomes very full and engorged.
When I was in practice I would see it sometimes when takung off or putting on a patients spectacles.I would refer them on to a vascular specialist.

The prominences on either side of Heath's forehead are outlines of his skull (frontal bone), I believe. His vein is in the middle and not very prominent.
