siouxi, if you want to get rid of the commands visible on either side of your sig picture, go to your Profile, then into Forum Profile Information. Change the center commands on either side of the Image url to read
[ center] and [ /center] (without the space after the first brackets)
That should eliminate the printed command being seen and also center the image in your sig. :)

Also, it uses the American spelling "center." :)
