Absolutely, Leslie.  (Will you share some of the reflections with us?)

I just finished The Dark Knight.  Still as mesmirized (sp?) by Heath's performance as the first time.  A DVD tidbit - Heath as the Joker introduces the movie when you hit play, "And here we go..."

Dear Leslie, you were the first person I called after I heard the news, one year ago.  The news banner had stuff about the stock market most of the day, so when I refreshed the page that afternoon, I almost didn't notice:  Actor Heath Ledger found dead in NY apartment.  I thought it was a prank.  But of course it wasn't. 

After you, I called Meryl.  She was on the streets of NYC somewhere, and hadn't yet heard.  Better to hear from another Brokie, I guess. 

Then I left a message for RouxB.  Y'all were my favorite Heathens.  Still are!  :-* :-* :-*
