Well, the awards keep rolling in for Heath. It was certainly another bittersweet night watching the SAG Awards. For those of you who didn't see it, Gary Oldham accepted this time on behalf of Heath and really got very choaked up. It was very touching.
Heath was not part of the in Memoriam section of the awards show tonight... they must have included him last year.

Good for our Heath! Did you see that the whole audience stood up for him? Gary Oldman did a very nice acceptance, short and sincere. :-*
Another one I was glad to see win was Sean Penn, who did such a great job in "Milk." 8)

Yes, the stand O was nice for Heath... I think that's happened for his previous awards too. What else is there to do really... It's truly very touching to see Heath being honored repeatedly by the film community in all of these different awards.
I was very happy for Sean Penn too.
Too bad for Anne tonight, but she seemed thrilled to hear Meryl Streep win. When Meryl's name was called Anne seemed to light up. What a strange night for Anne when it comes to co-stars... the sadness for Heath and the happiness for Meryl.
