I realize how fortunate I am: I've done more than 15 things on that list already. Some just since BBM, like buying cowboy boots in Texas (Austin), and whitewater rafting (Alberta).
I have actually swum with dolphins! In Bermuda a few years ago. There's an organization called "DolphinQuest" and they raise money by offering tourists time with the dolphins. It was a blast! They feel like watermelons. We were taught some hand signals, and got them to do some amazing tricks. Of course, there was the requisite cheesy photo kissing the dolphin. No, I won't post that one. I felt like a whale whilst wearing the wetsuit.
Oh, and I have designed my own cocktail: the Cosmo-Paul-itan. PM me if you'd like the recipe!
