Speaking of which - can anyone think of really nice which is healthy? that I can eat when i want to be naughty? but not really? There is onl so many pieces fo fruit you can eat!
If I am trying to "be good" and I get a mad chocolate craving, for instance, I usually give in ..but..
I don't get a regular chocolate bar. I get a very dark, unsweetened Chocolate bar maybe 70-80% cocoa. I can never eat too much of it because I get the "chocolate hit" so much quicker and I don't feel like I need 2 regular chocolate bars to "hit the spot".. Works for me.
