I think Everybody Loves Raymond was probably gay neutral. They did poke some fun at the gay community but it was mostly satirical. I do remember an episode called "What's With Robert?" from season 4. In this episode the family begins to think Robert might be gay. Except for Frank, the entire family makes it clear to Robert that they would accept him no matter what. I thought this message was very positive and friendly to the gay community. I also remember an episode where Frank is calling Raymond names such as "Nancy". Ray then tells Frank that those kinds of names are not very nice towards gay people. Ray was standing up for the gay community when he said this.

Okay Chrissi (and everyone else too), here's another one for you!
This one is called "Baggage" and it's from Season 7, Episode 22.
Ray and Debra feud over a suitcase left on the stairs.
This is the entire episode and it is posted in three parts. This first part is about 10 minutes....
