Bleh! Mondays are awful....who am I kidding?
48 hour cleanse completed, and I found that I can get through the weeekend without food. The only solid food I had all weekend was 6 crackers on Saturday, and a small meatball on Sunday.
This weekend, a new scale was purchased, and I decided to weigh myself on both, to see if they matched. My old scale said 202lbs. The new scale (which is digital and more accurate) said 212lbs.
So that means that when I thought I reached the goals of 215 for the Bay City gathering and 205 for Colorado, I was still actually 10 pounds away on both.
However, it also means that when I weighed myself at the start of the diet and was 285lbs, I was actually 295lbs.
Sooooo.....12lbs away from 200, and then 15 more to go to my final goal of 185.
