On a shopping spree, eh? ;)
It's so nice to be surprised by extra money you didn't know you have. Congrats on the lottery win! :)

I had to look up what weather striping is. We call it Türfilz = door-felt. :laugh:

After a busy weekend last week (big family gathering) we have a quiet one this week. I have lots and lots of laundry and managed to avoid the big pile all day yesterday ::).  So tackling dirty clothes is my fate today :laugh:.

Hiya BetterMost friends.

I'm in the middle of Madonna mania.  LOL

I'm really loving her new Rebel Heart CD, the first three songs on it have become my favorite tracks off of it.  "Living For Love", Ghosttown" and "Devil Pray".

On top of that, it's put me in the mood to hear classic Madonna, so I have the two CD set "Celebration" in my car, and I've been listening to it to and from work.  :)

Weekend was a good one, took care of things around the apartment, watched some good TV, and relaxed in general.

Hello Bettermost Friends!

Hope you all have a Happy St. Patrick's Day!!!

OMG, craziness going on at the office now.  I can't even explain what is happening.  I don't have the time now, and not sure if I have the time after work.

Nothing bad that affects me personally, but you won't believe it.

Sason:
Very hard to believe it when we don't even know what it is!  :laugh:

Hello Bettermost Friends!

Got my taxes done yesterday, and I got a refund....actually, the biggest refund I've ever gotten.  ;D

On top of that, my car insurance is due next month, and it was originally $1,500.00 for the year.  My agent called me and told me not to pay it, because she felt they could do better.  She was able to get me the same coverage for $1,000.00, and I ended up getting renter's insurance for $150.00, so I still ended up saving $350.00.

As for the drama yesterday, I believe I've posted here about people leaving their jobs here.   The 'job rankings" go like this:

RA (me), then Sr RA, the RMs, the Team Leader, and the Market Director.

Two weeks ago, one RM and the team leader announced they were leaving.  We already have a vacant spot for an RM.  Yesterday we wered that any accounts that were assigned to the team leader should be reassigned to the Market Director.  Before we could do that, we all received an email from the Market Director that he had resigned as well.

 :o ::)

We reviewed the names, since October of 2014 (so in the past 6 months) we've had 8 people resign/retire.

 :o ::)

It's going to be crazy here at work!
