Hiya X-Man,

Unfortunately, I went from MuscleBear to just "Bear".  I've refocused my efforts and am exercising regularly now, so I hope to be back to "muscle" form soon.

I have been on a "You Bet Your Life" kick lately, I just love those innocent screaming technopunks telling their stories.

This one is real good, check out 1) How the Beauty Queen is treated and 2) What the Danish guy has to say at 8:34, you'll have to listen to his story to understand the relevance.

Hope everyone is having a good Saturday.

I slept in a bit, did some shopping, did some cleaning, and had lunch.   Still more cleaning to do, but I think for now I'll be taking a quick nap, and then get back to it once I'm done.
