As I had said a few weeks ago, we had a bunch of people resign, one of them my immediate supervisor.
yes, I posted for her position, but the powers that be opted to go with someone else for the job.
In the long run, it was the best decision. If I had gotten it, I would've had to learn Maria's position, and then during busy season (now) I would have to do her job, plus train someone to do my job.
With them going with somebody else, the RA team is complete and ready for the busy season.
Not too bad today, considering we're in busy season....I got a bunch of stuff done, and seem to be on top of everything.
