Hiya BetterMost friends!
lmao! Friday is coming, and I am so ready for it.
Luncheon tomorrow for my immediate supervisor, Minh, luncheon/baby shower combined.

I like those work social events. I have two jobs, as I've probably mentioned. One of them has occasional, very informal events, where people in the union bring pot luck dishes or whatever. They'd probably be fine, but the people aren't all that friendly. But at my other job, the company takes us out to lunches and dinners and other special events--a river cruise, a museum tour, dinner at the top of the city's tallest building and, few weeks ago, bowling! I've only bowled twice in my life, and therefore am a terrible bowler, so I was kind of dreading it. But it was actually quite fun. My boss turned out to actually be a worse bowler than me, and it was her idea to go there!

Several years ago, bowling was our division Christmas holiday party. I was dreading it, but fortunately I wasn't the worst on my team! :laugh:

Well, the days are getting longer now! I realized yesterday that it was still light when I got home!

Luncheon/baby shower here at work, and then this evening is cleaning the apartment and putting up the St. Patrick's decor.

My boss here at work is talking about getting everyone out for an afternoon of bowling! I think it would be fun!
