The last thing I do before I leave for work in the morning is check the local temperature as it appears in the lower right corner of the TV screen during the Today show. Yesterday and today it's seemed warmer than the given temperature because there has been no wind at all. Both days I have been dressed warmer than I need have been.

I haven't even thought to do that, I just give the phone a quick glace and then I know how to dress.
