Very cool, Lee. We had showers, so the skies were overcast, I would never have been able to see them. it always seems that whenever there's an event like this, I miss out on it. LOL

I'm just taking some time to be introspective. I may not have the nicest place to live, or car to drive, but ya know what? I'm happy, and that's all I care about.

Introspective Chuck? Look out, world!
Chuck, you're happy and you care about your family, and also about other people less well off than you. Good for you! I'm proud to call you my friend.

The United Way is running an event called "Stuff the Bus", it's a charity drive where you buy school supplies, and they're donated to kids whose parents can't afford to buy them. I went to a place called "Five Below" (all stock is below $5.00) and for $100.00 managed to get 5 sets of the following items: Backpack, pencil case, three ring binder, composition book, pencils, pencil sharpeners, pens, glue, crayons, spiral notebook, 3 hole-punched lined paper, folders.
Five young students will be supplied for school with all those items. :)

Good for you! And I bet that was a fun shopping trip, too! :D

Hello Bettermost Friends!
Had a late night of bowling, so I took today off.
;D
Not looking towards going back to work on Thursday, I was given a new laptop to use on the job, but I have to download a lot of the stuff I need to use for work, so I'm not thrilled with that. LOL
Oh well, you do what you have to. The good part about having the laptop, during snowstorms, I can stay home.
:)
