A couple of years ago I took an internet quiz that purported to reveal what country you "should" be living in. The questions all asked how much you trusted various institutions: police, churches, schools, the court system, etc. All of my answers indicated minimal trust.
The conclusion: I should live in Sweden. I was never sure if it meant that's because Swedes feel similarly suspicious, or because if you're suspicious of all of those things in the U.S., you'll feel much better about them in Sweden.
While the latter is undoubtedly true, I'm sorry to say I won't be emigrating because the climate in Stockholm is actually colder and darker than in Minneapolis.
