I'm finishing up a busy day today. Did some shopping, a lot of baking, searching online, and just relaxing at the moment.
stuff is ready to bring to work tomorrow, and chilling in the fridge.

The breakfast casseroles were a big hit. There were three pans of each, and I ended up with just 1/4 of one pan left for the "breakfast meat" one, and a little less than 1/2 of one French Toast.
In fact, I had three people comment on them to me about them today, two days after the fact.

Wow -- three pans of each! Are there any openings in your office? I could start around this time next year. :laugh:
