Hello Bettermost Friends!
;D
Just got a voicemail from my parents, my brother and sister-in-law are not feeling well, and Easter at their place is off.
I'm not surprised by this.
I'll give my parents and younger brother Chris their Easter treats tomorrow when I go there for lunch and to do my laundry, which I can now do tomorrow instead of today.
So today will be some light cleaning and relaxing.

More snow! Ugh! I love winter, but it's time for snow to leave!
The cocooning does sound nice, as does the thought of a nice warm fireplace on a cold night!

Happy Easter Bettermost Friends!
Hope everyone is doing well!
I'll be heading over to mom and dad's place shortly, for Easter lunch, and to do my usual load of laundry.

Good morning Bettermost Friends!
;D
We are having a Spring snowstorm today! :o Snow is falling at a rate of 2 inches per hour, and we have about 3 inches or so outside now. It is a fast moving storm, and they are saying it should be out of the area by noon.
I'm working from home now, but will get to work once the snow stops.

Hello Bettermost friends!
Work went well today, and tonight is bowling, so I'll be out for the evening.
;D
I forgot to tell you all this from the other day. I went into work after the storm, and arrived on the job at noon. My supervisor (Tim - who has a similar sense of humor to me) was in his office. I sat down, and got right to work.
After a few minutes, Tim came out of his office, and said:
"Oh, Maria, Sacha, I want to thank you for coming into work earlier in the day despite this storm we had, and for getting on our conference call with Mr. "X", and that you weren't like Chuck, who stayed home in his pyjamas and watched cartoons all morning! (slight pause) Oh! Hi Chuck! Didn't see you there!"
I turn around to see Tim with a smirk on his face, so I gave a reply.
#1. I don't have pyjamas, I was wearing a bathrobe.
#2. I wasn't watching cartoons, I was watching "Charmed".
#3. I was on the conference call on my personal cell at home. While Mr. "X" prattled on for 40 minutes, I took down my Easter decorations.
It's always good when you can make your boss laugh!
