Thanks everyone.

My family and I are still doing well.  Everyone seems to be experiencing mild symptoms only, and the ones we have are fading.  My fever and scratchy throat are gone.  I still have some congestion, but it's not anything major, nor preventing me from getting enough oxygen.  Even my cough seems to be decreasing, and it wasn't that bad to begin with.

Today was day 5 since symptoms started, and I'm doing well.

Katy, I'm taking Zicam, which lessens the durations of colds, I figure it can't hurt.  I'm also taking airborne as an immunity booster.   I'm also drinking OJ that has added Vitamin D and Zinc, which studies show to help build immunity and beneficial to the battle against Covid.

serious crayons:
Great news about your health and your family's, Chuck!

I'll check into Airborne. I had good luck with your MidNite recommendation.

I added Zinc to my morning vitamin tablets way back in March when some expert recommended it. I already include cod liver which is high in Vitamin D as well as Vitamin A which is why I take it as I have a Vitamin A deficiency.

Jeff Wrangler:
Maybe I should reconsider and try supplements again. I say "reconsider," because decades ago, when vitamin C to prevent colds was all the rage, over a couple of winters I did some experimentation (took extra vitamin C, took no extra vitamin C, and so forth). It seemed to make no difference whether I took vitamin C or not. What seemed to make the most difference as to whether I had a healthy winter or an unhealthy winter was ... the weather.
