I hope everyone has some good stuff going on for the weekend!
I'll be at mom and dad's place on Sunday, celebrating their wedding anniversary, and my brother's birthday. We're ordering dinner from a local restaurant, and just hanging out and catching up.
I got my bonus yesterday!
I plan on using some of it on Monday, taking advantage of the President's Day sale to buy a new bed. I have the same one I had before I moved into my place, and it's time for a replacement. The frame I have is just a metal frame, with no headboard. So I want a sturdier frame, headboard, and then get a new box spring and mattress.

We found out today about our profit sharing payout, which I guess is a union plant's version of bonus. So yay for that!

Yay for you both! Chuck, I've been thinking about getting a new mattress myself. Is it necessary to get new box springs too? Do they wear out?

I'm sure it's not always necessary, but mine is worn, so it's needed.
