Front-Ranger:
Over at my house, it's the Great Banana Squash (apple for scale). What am I going to do with all of this squash meat?

That's a mammoth, all right. Could you divide it into smaller portions and freeze it? Seems like something that would freeze well.

Hiya BetterMost friends!!!!

How is everyone doing??

I'm having a quiet weekend now, and I'm grateful!   Next week may be busier than normal.  I was assigned a new person to assist at work, so I'm up to three people.  Also, my coworker is on vacation this coming week, so I'm handling her three people, as well as mine.

I'm hoping that her clients will just be chill and not need anything.

I've managed to keep the apartment clean and in order, so I don't need to do much here, and will be seeing my family for lunch tomorrow.

I did get a new purchase this week, something to deal with something annoying.

A few months ago, somehow, a few gnats or small flies of some sort got into my place.  they were getting annoying, flying in front of my monitor, or my face.  I was able to kill a few, but the others always managed to escape.  So at that time I ordered a Zivo trap.   It was a trap that you plug into an outlet, and the insects would fly to the light, and get stuck on a glue trap behind the light.

It never worked!  I would check the glue trap in the morning, never any flying bugs stuck to it.  The insects died on their own, and the trap was a failure, so I just threw it out.  It wasn't expensive anyway.
Well, about 3 days ago, two more little insects found their way in.  ANNOYING!  Yesterday I had enough, and I went on Amazon and I ordered a tabletop electric bug zapper light.  It was already assembled, I just needed to plug it in.

So I plugged it in, turned out the lights in the place, and only had on the TV, computer monitor, and the bug zapper.  Within 20 minutes of turning it on, I heard "zaaap!"   It actually startled me and I jumped a bit.   Within another 20 minutes I heard a second "zaaap!" and jumped again.  After that, the zapper went quiet, and there were NO little insects flying around my face or monitor.

Yesterday, another one got in, so I turned off the lights and turned on the zapper.  Again, within 20 minutes, "zaaap"!  and the bug was gone.  I haven't seen any others around so it's working.  I'm very happy with this purchase!  :)

That is huge!  Maybe find a recipe for squash soup, and freeze the extras until winter comes?

Do you stream it or watch a DVD?  From what I've seen online, it's only available on streaming services now.
