However the terms might be used colloquially, guinea pigs, hamsters, and gerbils are three different creatures. Guinea pigs belong to the genus Cavia and have no visible tails. Hamsters have large cheek pouches and small tails and belong to the genus Mesocricetus. Gerbils are small and mouselike, native to dry regions of Africa and Asia Minor, and belong to the genus Gerbillus.
I had to look this stuff up. ... ::)

Well, I have some pics to post, but first, a brief explanation of who you are seeing.
In the late 80s to early 90s, there was a "girl group" who was very popular, named Exposé. In their 6 to 7 years in the music business, they sold about 4 million CDs, and got 8 Top 10 hits, which included the #1 song, "Seasons Change".
After many years away, the ladies in Exposé (Ann Curless, Jeanette Jurado, and Gioia Bruno) have reunited, and are doing shows.
Tonight they performed a great show in Long Island, NY. A friend of mine helped book the show, and I got great front stage access, and managed to get in the "artist room", and got to meet Exposé, and get them to autograph my CDs.
