Hi Jack ;)
CellarDweller:
Oh damn. I'm sorry they had to postpone the ceremony. That's too bad.
CellarDweller:
Hiya BetterMost friends!!!!
Hope that everyone had a great weekend, and is ready for work today!
Well, good news and bad news today.
Bad news is that with all the traveling, and getting sick and just plain falling back into bad habits, I had put weight back on.
You'll remember that I made posts that I had reached 199, finally getting under 200. Well, that's when I discovered my scale at home was off by 10lbs. :o The scale at the gym weighed me at 209, so that was my lowest weight. Unfortuately, I let myself get back up to 237, a 28 pound gain.
:o
The good news, I've refocused, and even though it was Thanksgiving week, I've managed to lose 4 pounds this week, back down to 233.
;D
I'll be 40 this January, and the weight will only get harder to lose, so it's time to really buckle down and get this done.
CellarDweller:
and after a successful diet week, I found this tv schedule on TLC.
8 PM Nov 30th - TLC - Addicted To Food
Weighing more than 700 pounds, R.J. finds himself living at a unique home for the Super Obese located in Ohio. With extreme mobility problems, this is the story of R.J.'s hometown helping him make the trip from North Carolina to his new home up north.
9 PM Nov 30th - TLC - I Eat 33,000 Calories A Day
Four morbidly obese people struggle with their weight, their addiction to food and rapidly deteriorating health. Two men are bed ridden and require constant care. Two women are dangerously close to becoming housebound.
10 PM Nov 30th - TLC - The 750 Pound Man
Meet John Keitz. He has not left his bed in seven years because his legs simply cannot handle the weight of his massive body. He is severely, morbidly obese. Follow his journey as he tries to lose the weight that is slowly robbing him of his life.
CellarDweller:
So, as a way to get myself back on track, and follow through on my success last week, I decided to watch these three shows. The one that I wanted to see most was I Eat 33,000 Calories A Day. I can't imagine anyone being able to consume that much!
So I watched, and used my digital camera to take pics of the show on the TV.
I want to state right here, I'm not making fun of the people you are about to see. They were willing to have their images on TV, and I'm posting that footage here.
First we have Larry Cooper.
Larry is 700 pounds. He admits that he's addicted to food. The only exercise he gets during the day is walking to the table to eat, if he bothers to do that. Otherwise, he eats in bed.
