Hmmmm....is there something more than hope? Like -- you have someone in mind? Or is that, like, on your Christmas list for 2009? :)
Any time I wear extra/different make-up or a new shirt, one of my co-workers says---"There's something different about you....OH!!! You've got a man; have you got a man? You've got a boyfriend, haven't you?!!" LOL. She's so predictable. I'm always like, "Uh, No". :P 8)

Hiya BetterMost friends!!!!
Hope that everyone is having a great weekend!
Had fun in NYC yesterday, did some shopping today, and just finished an Italian lunch.
;D
What is everyone up to?

So glad you had a good trip, but such a pain about your camera. It will stay in your memory though.
The snowflake show reminded me of when we came here to live. We stopped in New York for a few days first. I can still see my kids faces now,in my mind. We had a limousine pick us up to go to the hotel, and Matt was so excited I thought he would pee himself. He was besides himself.
Then when we arrived in the city, the driver stopped by the snowflake display and then round by the tree. We had 3 awe filled days as we started our brand bew life over here.
Those sort of memories are priceless, particularly in such troubled times.

Hi Chuckie. :)
Good that you had a great time in NYC.
But sucks that your camera broke.
Maybe that was a hint from Santa? He might bring you a new one, if you're good. ;)
I've always wanted to see NYC at Christmas. And a lot of other places then, too. But that's dreamin.
Always too much to do here at Christmas.
I went to a Christmas party Saturday night. Got chatting with a really nice lady whom I'd met once before.
Was going well there for a while but, after a couple of bubblys, lost self control and accepted a cigarette.
And that was the end of 'going well'. Funny thing .. my intuition knew what would happen, but I did it anyway.
I should listen to my intuition. It's usually very accurate. Sometimes scarily so. ;D
Hope your mum had the best time of her life. :)
