Oh I so enjoyed the show. Now I am back in a good mood after the horror of putting away all the Xmas decs. I sooo hate that job, not even mad keen on getting them all out these days.I think I may be a party pooper. !!!!!!

Yeah, I hear you, Fiona, on the taking down the Christmas stuff. We spent yesterday taking down most of the indoor stuff, and all the outdoor stuff. Today we took down the tree, and now the house is back to its usual state.

Well, back to work today, and everyone should be back, the holidays are officially over.
One piece of good news today. ;D
I refused to weigh myself over the holidays. I wasn't going to ruin them. So today was the first day on the scale since before Christmas.
I was sure with holiday food, and less exercise, there would be a weight gain.
Much to my surprise, my weight remained the same. No loss, but more importantly, no gain.
Today is also the day I bump up my routine. I add to the weights I'm lifting, and to the time I use the treadmill.
