Homemade by the bakery down the street, I must add.
To get in condition for the big walk tomorrow, I dragged Chuck all over Boston today. We walked through the Christian Science Center, past Symphony Hall and Northeastern University, beyond the Museum of Fine Arts to the Isabella Stuart Gardner Museum, where we viewed the splendors and had a lovely little lunch in the café.
Next, through the Fenway, through Back Bay, through the Public Garden, the Common, City Hall Plaza to our next destination: Faneuil Hall to meet up with Lynne and Lisa (BBMISWEAR), where we had another lunch at the Salty Dog. Some of us had a few rum runners, and enjoyed seeing the "Patsy Cline Fan Club" do various line dances in honor of Pride Week. Next, a little stroll through Quincy Market, over to Long Wharf and into the North End to Paul Revere Park and the Old North Church. We found a cute place there to have gelato, cannoli and a little chilled limoncello. Back through HayMarket, the Holocaust Memorial (noting the mention of homosexual victims), down Newbury Street and home, just in time to meet our dinner guests, Gwyllion/Donna and her bf Jay.
Great conversation led to dinner at Upper Crust and an early night to bed. 'Night all.
