weekend was good, but work is brrrrrrrrrrrrr today. It's cold here in NJ, and now the air is blowing at work! LOL
It's freakin' frigid here!
Happy to report that even though I cheated on the diet for Mother's day (I had bread at lunch, and some cake) that I didn't gain any weight back.

Morning Chuck, I an so pleased you are sticking so well with your diet. Keep it up, you will just get more and more handsome and lovable than you already are. Don't forget my offer to lend you James for a week. It is a 100% guaranteed weight loss program. Hell I will even buy the ticket. I am not being entirely selfless here, you could lose some weight and I may be able to put some on !!! :)
