Your nearly into summer, there, and it's cold ?

We're nearly into winter. And the sun is still shining.
In fact, it was a quite warm day, today.

I am pretty busy at work at the moment and also with getting ready for mock and reallife interviews & assessment centres. On top of that I'm trying to fill out grant application forms for my band so we can get some funding. I ahve a committee meeting about that tonight.
Still trying to sell the house... still no viewers!

And still waitng to see who is going to be the UK prime minister!!

Yeah Rob, it's very odd here now.  First day of summer is June 21st.  Right now it's May 11th.  For NJ, average temp is 64 degrees F.  Average high is 72, average low is 53.

Right now, it's 54 degrees ., 10 below normal.  Yesterday, our low was 32 degrees F., which was about 20 degrees below normal.

Weather's really goofy in St. Louis also, Chuck.  One day I've got the furnace on, next day I've got the air conditioner on, next day I've just got all the windows open, enjoying the breeze.  Must be that persnickety global warming thing, huh?  God just can't seem to make up His or Her mind.   ;D

I hear the Conservatives have formed a coalition Government with the Liberal Democrats.
And I guess that means proportional representation will be forthcoming in the UK ?
Hopefully the new Government will be stable, which is important for the rest of the world, too.

Wow !  I hope it's warmer in September.
Our official first day of winter is June 1st, but that might be later, this year.
