Ok, we're talking different things here. LOL
A potato skin here is an appetizer. You take a baked potato, scoop out some of the inside (not all) and in the place where the potato has been removed, you insert something else to eat.
Chilli, brocolli and cheese, and other stuff.
Here's a pic of some stuffed with cheese and bacon.

Thanks for the enticement, Chucky! I blame you for the 240 calories in the Smart Ones potatoes with cheese and broccoli entree I had for supper tonight.
And I'm not going to mention the additional 240 calories of butter that I threw on top of that, in order to make a diet frozen dinner, edible. :D

That's a DIET dinner? :o
Hey, we have potato skins in Sydney, and they look the same as yours. Mostly at restaurants like Hog's Breath (a steak place).
