CellarDweller:
Hiya BetterMost friends.
How is everyone today?
Oh, that extra hour of sleep felt sooooo good!
Had a light breakfast, and just snacked on Wasabi Blast.
Cool moring here. I'm wearing shorts and socks, but have on a long sleeved shirt, my arms and back felt cold.
Rob, I'm not taking a "sickie" from work, although the idea appeals to me. I already took Friday and the following Monday off as I'm visiting friends that weekend, so I'm not going to take Monday as well. LOL
The date for Monday has been re-scheduled for Thursday, Veteran's Day. This works as it's the day before my trip, and I'm off work that day for the holiday.
;D

As for Bonfire night - we saw some from the window but the weather was so bad we didn't actually got and see any properly... Bonfire night is a bit of a british tradition...
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Guy_Fawkes_Night
uy Fawkes Night, also known as Bonfire Night, is an annual celebration held primarily in Great Britain, on or about the evening of 5 November. Festivities are centred on the use of fireworks and the lighting of bonfires. Some British Overseas Territories and parts of the Commonwealth continue to celebrate the occasion owing to their links to the United Kingdom.
Historically, the celebrations commemorate the anniversary of the failed Gunpowder Plot of 5 November 1605. The date was originally made a public holiday in England by the Observance of 5th November Act 1605, also known as the "Thanksgiving Act" which was repealed in 1859.

I need to go out for a rental car tomorrow that I can use for Monday for work. Ugh.

Yes, but it's not suitable.
If I leave my house at 7:00am, I'm to work by about 7:20. If I have to take the bus, I have to catch it at 6:00am and I'll arrive at work at 7:20.
So it's either 20 minutes by car, or an hour and twenty minutes by bus and foot.
Kelda:
well at least you dont need to hire a car now, thanks to your Dad!
