Well, Chuck, what I and the police in my town would like to know is why I am getting death threats this evening from a cell number based out of Tullahoma, TN, at 5:51, 5:54, and 5:55 today. Yeah, I'd say it was getting serious by somebody telling me that Rich died without a will and that I should be filling my own out in time for tomorrow. I'd say that was pretty serious, wouldn't you???

Mandy - Chill, please. The message was from me, but obviously text didn't translate as I intended. I just meant that we all need to have our affairs in order ASAP so this type of situation can never happen again. I certainly meant no threats.

Not going to get into the conversation here about Rich/Marcia or otherwise, but to answer your question Jeff, yes, a fund has been set up, which I contributed a small amount to. I know others also contributed. Marcia I believe is the main organiser of the fund. I would assume she would be keeping it for as intended - ie Elizabeth's education.
While I may not agree with some of Marcia's (alleged) actions, I know that she loves her daughter, so I'm confident that our contributions will go to good use. To help Elizabeth have a colleage career which is not tarred by money worries. Which is what we ALL want at the end of the day.
